Hi, I’m Karis Drover, Founder & CEO of Blush Medical Aesthetics and an Advanced Nurse Injector. With a strong background in healthcare and a passion for all things beauty, I blend clinical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients feel confident, empowered, and radiant in their own skin.
I am fully certified in Basic and Advanced Neuromodulators (including Botox) and Dermal Fillers through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), with professional accreditation from the Canadian Nurses Association. I have also completed advanced medical aesthetics training through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and THMA, and I am committed to ongoing education to ensure I provide the safest, most effective, and cutting-edge treatments available.
In addition to my clinical practice, I travel part-time as a Nurse Instructor with CAMA, educating physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses across Canada in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my family, camping, enjoying boat rides, and cheering on my kids at their sports. I’m also a devoted dog lover, passionate foodie, and lifelong beauty enthusiast.

Annabelle Menkenrick - Medical Aesthetician
Originally from England and now based in Canada since 2010, my passion for skin care and beauty has been a constant throughout my life. From an early age, I was fascinated by the transformative power of beauty treatments, with my eyelash tech and nail tech being key influences in my decision to pursue this career. In 2019, I enrolled in the Academy of Cosmetology, where I specialized in medical aesthetics. Since then, I’ve become certified in a variety of advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy, dermaplaning, cryotherapy, and advanced facials, among others. As a medical aesthetician, my approach is always client-focused: I aim to provide you with results that match your personal goals, without any pressure. Your unique needs are my priority, and I’m here to support your beauty journey in a way that feels right for you.
