Important Disclosures
Memberships are available in the Blush Rewards App
Monthly consults must take place Monday-Thursday, 10 AM- 4 PM -- ensuring your care is always personal, consistent, and supported directly by our Nurse Practitioner for prescription management.
If you join the program during the initial consultation, the consultation fee is included in program monthly fee.
Medication is not included in the membership, but the prescription fee is covered. Our Nurse Practitioner will review your options with you, and any medication picked up at the pharmacy will be an additional cost. Insurance may help cover part of this expense, if applicable.
Results: We cannot guarantee weight loss goal results based on medication used in this program alone. As with sustainable weight loss programs, we require all patients to be committed to a healthy lifestyle, inclusing eating a balanced diet and regular exercise. Weight loss medications are a phenomenal tool in helping you achieve your weight loss goals, but they are a tool meant to be paired with sustainable lifestyle changes.
